Avantis founders Tony Purpuri and Sam Crowder were part of a small senior team that grew the Digital Transformation Company VIMA Group from 10 people to over 160 over the course of four years. In 2022 VIMA Group sold to KBR for £75m including earn outs. The journey included both acquiring and being acquired, increasing staff head count to meet demand and growing key profitable accounts.
