ASSOCIATE CONSULTANT

THE OPPORTUNITY
We are looking for talented project managers, systems engineers, and digital, people and change specialists to join our supply chain. You will deliver outstanding tailored services and outputs as part of our integrated teams to our clients. We have regular opportunities across a range of sectors on interesting and important projects.
SO, WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR?
We are looking for adaptable, authentic people with a proven track record and at least five years of proven consultancy experience in the public sector (preferably in secure environments) across any of our capability areas:
- Business Analysis, Systems and Test
- Project, Programme and Portfolio Delivery
- People and Change
- Decision Support (Business Cases, Options and Cost Analysis)
- Digital Engineering (Secure by Design, Network Design, Secure Communications)
You will be required to work remotely as well as travel to client sites across the UK as required for the role. Current sites are in the South and Southwest of England.
WHAT IS WORKING WITH AVANTIS PERFORMANCE LIKE?
As an Associate Consultant for Avantis Performance you will be collaborating directly with clients delivering outcomes to help simplify complex technological and business challenges. You will work as part of multi-disciplinary teams with civil servants, members of the armed forces, other consultants, and technical experts from other organisations. You will be trusted to use your own unique blend of skills and experience to solve complicated problems.
You must be able to motivate yourself and others, regardless of the task at hand. To do this, you need to see the bigger picture. As an independent associate, you will need to be self-sufficient, finding your own solutions and ways of working that benefit Avantis’ clients.
