On Thursday 15th January 2026 , the Avantis Performance team came together at Stanton Manor for our Quarterly Review Meeting and away day. It was one of those occasions that really reminded us what makes this team special.
Seeing how much we’ve grown since last year was a highlight in itself. Several colleagues who joined us in 2025 now feel fully part of Team Avantis.
We shared updates, took part in group discussions, and heard an excellent PhD update from Joe. We also had a brilliant challenge from Eve that got us all talking and fitted the day perfectly.
We rounded off the day with a relaxed meal, plenty of laughs, and the chance to spend time together properly, something that can be difficult to do when we’re all busy delivering across different projects.
Days like this are a great reminder of what genuinely drives us as a team: supporting one another and celebrating what we’re building together.
