On Monday 13 October 2025, the Avantis team gathered for its quarterly review.
With many of us working across different sites and projects, these sessions are a great way to stay aligned, hear what’s happening across the business, and focus on what’s next.
We had some brilliant updates, including a standout spotlight from Dawn on one of our key accounts, a great example of meaningful work in action. One of the highlights was our Values Workshop, where the whole team got involved to explore what matters most to us and help shape the culture we’re building.
Joe introduced a new team activity challenge, a fun way to stay active, spark a bit of friendly competition, and work towards a shared goal.
These quarterly sessions remind us that progress isn’t just about numbers, it’s about people, purpose, and the energy we build together.
We left feeling energised, focused, and ready for the months ahead.
