Following our quarterly review, Team Avantis Performance swapped laptops for aprons and joined Federico Uliana from The Pasta Lab in Bath for an afternoon of pasta making and all things Italian cuisine.
We learnt the art (and science) of perfect pasta. There was a touch of friendly competition and of course some delicious results. A big well done to Sandrine and Andy for impressing with their pasta skills and taking home the win – no sore losers here!
Huge thanks to Federico and The Pasta Lab for hosting such a fun and memorable session. Experiences like these remind us that team building doesn’t always happen in the meeting room…sometimes, it’s over a shared bowl of pasta!
