We’re pleased to welcome Sam Lewis to Avantis Performance as our new Business Development Manager.
Sam began his career as a Submariner in the Royal Navy, specialising in communications, before moving into the private sector where he built strong experience across sales, account management and customer loyalty. He’s known for working closely with clients to build trusted relationships, understand challenges and deliver real value.
Sam joins Avantis eager to be part of an ambitious, professional team, where he can combine his Naval background with his relationship‑driven approach to support our continued success.
Based in the heart of Devon, Sam is a big fan of the local rugby culture, enjoys long dog walks, and, when the weather allows, can often be found surfing along the North Devon and Cornwall coast.
