Our Grading Structure

Level 6 – Principal Consultant (SIFA 6/7)

Level 5 – Managing Consultant (SFIA 6)

Level 4 – Senior Consultant (SFIA 5)

Level 3 – Consultant (SFIA 4)

Level 2 – Junior Consultant (SFIA 3)

Level 1 – Consultant in Training (SFIA 1/2)
