Starting with capability and skills mapping between the existing and Target Operating Models the team performed a detailed gap analysis that enabled them and the client to define a set of interventions. The interventions focused on skills development, supporting organisational restructuring, empowering culture change and talent management. This included graduate development programmes, skills assessment and career pathway design and implementation.
